Old Bank Arcade

In May, I was commissioned to photograph the Old Bank Arcade for a feature article for Fishhead magazine. This took place over the same two-week period as the Hutt Valley landscapes feature. The aim of the feature was to produce a business profile of the Old Bank Arcade shopping centre on Lambton Quay in Wellington. The most difficult part of this assignment was producing the three portraits of shop managers. Having roughly ten minutes to shoot each portrait, in a confined space, with customers causing interruptions and stumbling over equipment, made this a particularly tricky shoot.
